We see Corporate Social Responsibility as a commitment to operating with honesty, integrity and transparency combined with an integrated approach to environmental, health and safety, equal opportunity, employee and community issues.
Our customers are the core of our business and therefore it is our mandate to create and maintain a good relationship and where possible to recommend and use their services. We will provide reliable, consistent and high-quality cleaning service.
We are dedicated to providing environmentally sensitive service. Our objective in this regard is to minimize our carbon footprints thereby avoiding any type of damage to the environment through the reduction in the use of our chemical cleaning products, proper disposal of waste and the use of recyclable products wherever possible.
Health and Safety
Health and Safety in the workplace is of paramount importance. It is the policy of Sydon Cleaning Services to ensure that all employees are provided with safe working conditions by our customers, which will lead to the avoidance and reduction of risks, whilst ensuring that they adhere to the Kenya Occupational Safety and Health Act of 2007. Therefore it is the responsibility of every employee to practice safe working methods and prevent injuries to themselves and others in the workplace.
